Yong Wang,Wei Xu,Zhang Yu,Yizhang Wu,Zhaokun Wang,Lin Fu,Fulan Bai,Boye Zhou,Tingting Wang,Liang Cheng,Jianzhang Shi,Hong Liu,Hong Liu,Rusen Yang +13 more
TL;DR: In this paper, the formation of cyano groups accompanied with in-situ Se doping expands the absorption edge of 2D carbon nitride sheets from 416 to 584 nm.
Journal ArticleDOI
Tunable water-soluble carbon nitride by alkali-metal cations modification: Enhanced ROS-evolving and adsorption band for photodynamic therapy
Yizhang Wu,Dongxin Yang,Wei Xu,Renjie Song,Mengmeng Li,Yong Wang,Boye Zhou,Niandu Wu,Wei Zhong,Hong-Ling Cai,Juan Tu,Dong Zhang,X. S. Wu +12 more
TL;DR: In this article, an atomic-thickness water-soluble g-C3N4 with alkali Zn2+ and K+ modification (MCN), whose absorption edge is tuned from 460 nm for GCN to the entire visible-light region (663 nm), and bandgap is reduced to 1.94 eV.
Journal ArticleDOI
Zn-doped tri-s-triazine crystalline carbon nitrides for efficient hydrogen evolution photocatalysis
Yuanqi Wang,Xuan Zhou,Wei Xu,Yuan Sun,Tingting Wang,Yu Zhang,Jiajing Dong,Wentao Hou,Niandu Wu,Liqian Wu,Boye Zhou,Yizhang Wu,Youwei Du,Wei Zhong +13 more
TL;DR: In this paper, a Zn-doped conjugated system using a two-step thermal polymerization strategy of a molten salts bath is presented, which shows a highly ordered crystal structure with an extended tri-s-triazine-based intraplanar network, improved light harvesting and significantly suppressed electron-hole recombination.
Journal ArticleDOI
Synergy of dopants and defects in ultrathin 2D carbon nitride sheets to significantly boost the photocatalytic hydrogen evolution
TL;DR: In this paper, a thermal annealing of atomically thin 2D carbon nitride sheets (CNs) in Se vapor, which can dramatically extend the absorption edge of the ultrathin CNs from 418 to 574 nm, is presented.
Journal ArticleDOI
2D/3D interface engineering: direct Z-scheme g-C 3 N 4 /YMnO 3 heterojunction for reinforced visible-light photocatalytic oxidation
Yizhang Wu,Xuan Zhou,Mengmeng Li,Yuanqi Wang,Boye Zhou,Niandu Wu,Wei Zhong,Hong-Ling Cai,X. S. Wu +8 more
TL;DR: In this article, a 2D/3D mixed-dimensional nanocomposite was proposed to achieve a high photocatalytic ability by tailoring a Z-scheme heterojunction through interface engineering.
