TL;DR: The risk of acquiring HIV is not zero for people older than 50 years, especially women, and the importance of acknowledging that older people are at high risk of HIV infection and that HIV prevention and treatment campaigns must take them into consideration is highlighted.

TL;DR: While HD rates were low, maternal/caregiver alcohol use negatively impacted on parenting and children's behavioural/cognitive outcomes, and international evidence suggests that integrated approaches engaging parents and families may be more effective for parent-child outcomes.
