Reduction of nitrate to ammonium by sulphate green rust" activation energy and reaction mechanism
TL;DR: In this article, the reaction of green rust with two different nitrate salts, NaNO3 and Ba(NO 3 ) 2, has been compared and the acceleration of reaction rates is attributed to the forced exchange of sulphate with nitrate in GR interlayers caused by precipitation of BaSO 4 outside the GR particles.

Particle Interaction Effects in Antiferromagnetic NiO Nanoparticles
TL;DR: In this paper, it is shown that inter-particle interactions can have a strong effect on the superparamagnetic relaxation behavior of NiO nanoparticles, and that it is possible to physically separate the particles without inducing changes in the particle size and shape.

TL;DR: The results indicate that the material properties of PLA-LDH nanocomposite films are in compliance with the migration limits for total migration and specific lauric acid migration as set down by the EU legislation for FCM, at least if a reduction factor for fresh meat is taken into consideration.

TL;DR: In a migration study, a biopolymer nanocomposite consisting of polylactide (PLA) with 5% Cloisite®30B (a derivatized montmorillonite clay) as a filler was tested and it was concluded that clay nanoparticles were absent in the migrate.
