Lipase-catalyzed dynamic kinetic resolution of dimethyl (1,3-dihydro-2H-isoindol-1-yl)phosphonate

TL;DR: In this paper, a simple dynamic kinetic resolution of dimethyl (1,3-dihydro-2H-isoindol-1-yl)phosphonate has been developed by means of a lipase-catalyzed alkoxy carbonylation reaction.
Journal ArticleDOI

Synthesis of racemic δ,δ-dimethylproline derivatives

TL;DR: In this article, financial support from the Ministerio de Ciencia e Innovación -FEDER (grant CTQ2010-17436; FPI fellowship to I. R.), and the Gobierno de Aragon -FSE (research group E40) is gratefully acknowledged.
Journal Article

Molecular electrostatic potential-anthelmintic activity relationships of 5H-mebendazole and some related heterocyclic carbamates.

TL;DR: H-Mebendazole and some related heterocyclic methyl carbamates were synthesized and their anthelmintic activity against Caenorhabditis elegans was determined and a structure-activity relationship (SAR) was established.
