High-Performance Self-Cascade Pyrite Nanozymes for Apoptosis–Ferroptosis Synergistic Tumor Therapy

TL;DR: In this paper, a pyrite peroxidase nanozyme with ultrahigh H2O2 affinity was presented, which achieved a 4144-and 3086-fold increase of catalytic activity compared with that of classical Fe3O4 nanozyme and natural horseradish peroxideidase, respectively.
Journal ArticleDOI

Nanozyme: A promising tool from clinical diagnosis and environmental monitoring to wastewater treatment

TL;DR: In this paper , the authors classify nano-zymes by their enzyme-like activity to explain the application principle and relevant cases of nanozymes in clinical diagnosis, environmental monitoring and wastewater treatment, expecting to promote deeper thinking of nano-enzymes as enzyme mimics and provide useful guidance for future research.
