Direct Synthesis and Practical Bandgap Estimation of Multilayer Arsenene Nanoribbons
Hsu-Sheng Tsai,Sheng Wen Wang,Ching-Hung Hsiao,Chia-Wei Chen,Hao Ouyang,Yu-Lun Chueh,Hao-Chung Kuo,Jenq-Horng Liang +7 more
TL;DR: In this article, Tsai et al. proposed a method to solve the problem of nuclear energy and nuclear power control in the context of the Taiwan National Tsing Hua University, Hsinchu 30013, Taiwan.
Journal ArticleDOI
The advent of multilayer antimonene nanoribbons with room temperature orange light emission
TL;DR: Multilayer antimonene nanoribbons with room temperature orange light emission uniformly distributed on InSb were synthesized by the plasma-assisted process, creating attractive two-dimensional material that is proper for applications of transistors and light-emitting diodes.
Journal ArticleDOI
A superior dye adsorbent towards the hydrogen evolution reaction combining active sites and phase-engineering of (1T/2H) MoS2/α-MoO3 hybrid heterostructured nanoflowers
Arumugam Manikandan,P. Robert Ilango,Chia-Wei Chen,Yi Chung Wang,Yu-Chuan Shih,Ling Lee,Ling Lee,Zhiming Wang,Hyunhyub Ko,Yu-Lun Chueh +9 more
TL;DR: In this paper, a phase-engineered (1T/2H) MoS2/α-MoO3 hybrid heterostructured nanoflowers were synthesized by a one-step hydrothermal method.
Journal ArticleDOI
Recent developments in the synthesis of nanostructured chalcopyrite materials and their applications: a review
Stuart R. Thomas,Stuart R. Thomas,Chia-Wei Chen,Manisha Kondiba Date,Yi Chung Wang,Hung-Wei Tsai,Zhiming Wang,Yu-Lun Chueh +7 more
TL;DR: In this paper, the authors introduce some of the recent advances in the field of chalcopyrite nanostructure synthesis and discuss the further benefits these nanostructured materials offer over their thin-film and bulk counterparts.
Journal ArticleDOI
Fabrication of Multilayer Borophene on Insulator Structure.
TL;DR: The X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy spectra indicate the peak of BB bonds, implying that the elemental boron structure might be formed after the process, and the 1.61 eV bandgap of the multilayer β-borophene is announced in this study.
