Journal ArticleDOI
Tailor‐Made Multi‐Resonance Terminal Emitters toward Narrowband, High‐Efficiency, and Stable Hyperfluorescence Organic Light‐Emitting Diodes
Yi Ting Lee,Chin-Yiu Chan,Masaki Tanaka,Masashi Mamada,Kenichi Goushi,Xun Tang,Youichi Tsuchiya,Hajime Nakanotani,Chihaya Adachi +8 more
TL;DR: In this article , a low-triplet pyrene unit is introduced into an MRE scaffold to achieve narrowband emission and quick removal of triplets in MREs simultaneously.
Journal ArticleDOI
Synthesis and characterization of CdSe nanocrystals capped with TOPO and pyridine
Xiang Dong Luo,Xiang Dong Luo,Umme Farva,Nguyen Tam Nguyen Truong,Kyung Soo Son,Pei Sheng Liu,Chihaya Adachi,Chinho Park +7 more
TL;DR: In this article, the structural and optical properties of pyridine-capped CdSe nanocrystals were studied in detail by applying X-ray powder diffraction, Xray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), transmission electron microscopy, photoluminescence (PL) and time-resolved PL (TRPL) analysis.
Journal ArticleDOI
Finite difference time domain analysis of the light extraction efficiency in organic light-emitting field-effect transistors
TL;DR: In this article, the authors report on three-dimensional numerical optical simulations of the emission outcoupling efficiency in light-emitting devices with a field-effect carrier transport.
Journal ArticleDOI
Synthesis, crystal structure and charge transport characteristics of stable: peri -tetracene analogues
TL;DR: Despite a high degree of singlet biradical character, the compounds with four substituents at the zigzag edge show a remarkable stability in solution under ambient conditions, which is better than that of acene derivatives with a closed-shell electronic configuration.
Journal ArticleDOI
An Element-Substituted Cyclobutadiene Exhibiting High-Energy Blue Phosphorescence
Yoshiaki Shoji,Yasuhiro Ikabata,Ivan Ryzhii,Rabia Ayub,Ouissam El Bakouri,Taiga Sato,Qi Wang,Tomoaki Miura,Buddhika S. B. Karunathilaka,Youichi Tsuchiya,Chihaya Adachi,Chihaya Adachi,Henrik Ottosson,Hiromi Nakai,Tadaaki Ikoma,Takanori Fukushima +15 more
TL;DR: In this paper, experimental and theoretical studies on the ground and excited-state antiaromaticity and aromaticity of 1,3,2,4-Diazadiboretidine have been conducted.
