TL;DR: Routine detection of porcine epidemic diarrhea virus (PEDV) is currently limited to RT-PCR but this test cannot distinguish between viable and inactivated virus, however in most cases RT- PCR detection of viral RNA remained.

TL;DR: 3D scaffolds are fabricated via stereolithographic cDLP printing of poly(propylene fumarate) (PPF) and assessed for bone regeneration in a rat critical‐sized cranial defect model and lamellar bone bridges the defect at 12 weeks with both PPF formulations and there is no indication of an acute inflammatory response.

TL;DR: Examination of the effects of cyclosporine A-induced immune suppression during early infection of HTLV-1 indicates immunologic control is a key determinant of early HTLV -1 spread and has important implications for therapeutic intervention during HT LV-1-associated diseases.
