Clinical efficacy and immunological impact of tacrolimus in Chinese patients with generalized myasthenia gravis.
TL;DR: The results show that tacrolimus improves the clinical condition of MG patients and is well tolerated, and the decrease in IL-13 and reduction of BAFF-R(+) CD19(+) B cells may be related to the therapeutic effect of tacolimus.

TL;DR: Gabapentin at a dosage of 1200 mg/d is safe and effective in treatment of epilepsy and has significant efficacy rates, with the seizure times decreasing by more than 75%, in the gabapentin group.
