Journal ArticleDOI
Mechanistic Insight into Hydrogen-Bond-Controlled Crystallinity and Adsorption Property of Covalent Organic Frameworks from Flexible Building Blocks
Xinghua Guo,Yin Tian,Meicheng Zhang,Yang Li,Rui Wen,Xing Li,Xiaofeng Li,Ying Xue,Lijian Ma,Chuanqin Xia,Shoujian Li +10 more
TL;DR: In this paper, a series of two-dimensional (2D) COFs from flexible building blocks (FBBs) with different content of intralayer hydrogen bonds were synthesized.
Journal ArticleDOI
Preparation of graphene oxide-manganese dioxide for highly efficient adsorption and separation of Th(IV)/U(VI).
TL;DR: Results displayed that the α-GOM2 may be utilized as an potential adsorbent for removing and separating Th(IV)/U(VI) ions from aqueous solutions.
Journal ArticleDOI
A novel benzimidazole-functionalized 2-D COF material: synthesis and application as a selective solid-phase extractant for separation of uranium.
Juan Li,Xiaodan Yang,Chiyao Bai,Yin Tian,Bo Li,Shuang Zhang,Xiaoyu Yang,Songdong Ding,Chuanqin Xia,Xinyu Tan,Lijian Ma,Shoujian Li +11 more
TL;DR: Batch sorption experiment results indicated that the uranium(VI) sorption on COF-HBI was a pH dependent, rapid (sorption equilibrium was reached in 30 min), endothermic and spontaneous process.
Journal ArticleDOI
The separation of Th(IV)/U(VI) via selective complexation with graphene oxide
Duo Jiang,Li Liu,Ning Pan,Fuqiang Yang,Shengke Li,Ruibing Wang,Ian Wyman,Yongdong Jin,Chuanqin Xia +8 more
TL;DR: In this paper, a spatial feature-based mechanism of graphene oxide (GO) was proposed for the separation of Th(IV)/U(VI) in thorium-based reactors.
Journal ArticleDOI
A rapid low-temperature synthetic method leading to large-scale carboxyl graphene
Ning Pan,Ning Pan,Debin Guan,Yuntao Yang,Zhenling Huang,Ruibing Wang,Yongdong Jin,Chuanqin Xia +7 more
TL;DR: In this paper, the reduction of the epoxy and carbonyl groups on the surface of GO to form carboxyl graphene by thiourea dioxide (TUD) at a relatively low temperature (40°C) in an alkaline medium was reported.
