Neolignans, lignans and glycoside from the fruits of Melia toosendan
TL;DR: Four new neolignans, meliasendanins A-D, and a new glycoside, toosenoside A (5), together with ten known ones (6-15), were isolated from a n-BuOH partition of the fruits of Melia toosendan and their structures were elucidated by analyses of extensive spectroscopic data and comparison of the NMR data.
Journal ArticleDOI
Isolation and Characterization of New Phenolic Compounds with Estrogen Biosynthesis-Inhibiting and Antioxidation Activities from Broussonetia papyrifera Leaves
TL;DR: Findings suggest that BPL may improve meat quality through the regulation of estrogen biosynthesis and may be useful for the discovery of potential aromatase modulators from natural products.
Journal ArticleDOI
Phenolic antioxidants from Rosa soulieana flowers.
TL;DR: Nine phenolic antioxidants were isolated from the genus Rosa for the first time, and compounds 5–9 exhibited strong scavenging activity in ABTS compared with the positive control l-ascorbic acid.
Journal ArticleDOI
A novel phenolic acid from the fruits of Rosa soulieana
TL;DR: From the n-BuOH-soluble fraction of a MeOH extract of the fruits of Rosa soulieana, one new phenolic glucoside was isolated along with five known compounds, comprising two lignin glycosides, two flavonoid glycosided and a phenolic glycoside.

Rose tea as well as preparation method and application thereof
TL;DR: In this paper, the authors proposed a rose tea preparation method that can keep both color and active ingredients of the roses, the requirements of excellent color, aroma and taste of the tea art are met, and the rose tea contains rich polyphenolic compounds good for a human body and can be drunk as a health care product.
