Journal ArticleDOI

One-Pot Synthesis of Highly Functionalized Benzimidazolylisophthalates and (2E)-2-Ethylidene-(1H)-pyridinecarboxylates by Ultrasound-Promoted Multicomponent Reactions.

TL;DR: Starting from 3-formylchromones, acetonedicarboxylates and 2-aminobenzimidazole or aryl amines, an efficient one-step method to new hydroxyaroylbenzimidsole or hydrooxyaroylpyridinecarboxylate derivatives, respectively, is described in this article.
Journal ArticleDOI

The Reaction of 1-(N-Phenacylidene)amino-1,2,3-triazoles with Diphenylnitrilimine.

TL;DR: Diphenylnitrilimine reacts with 1-(N-phenacylidene)amino-1, 2, 3-triazoles 1 to give mainly 1,2,4- and 2H-1.2,3-triaxoles 2 and 3 as discussed by the authors.
Journal ArticleDOI

One-Pot Regioselective Double-Mannich Annulations Affording Azabicyclononanones as a Key Step in the Synthesis of Natural Products.

TL;DR: The first regioselective one-pot syntheses of a number of azabicyclic ring systems (compounds 3) in very good yields, under green-chemistry conditions in the presence of water without use of organic solvents, through acid-catalysed double-Mannich reactions from 2-acetylcyclohexanone, ring-substituted anilines and formaldehyde have been developed as mentioned in this paper.
Journal ArticleDOI

One-Pot Synthesis of Aryldiazepinothiophenones.

TL;DR: Aryldiazepinothiophenones were obtained from the reaction of o-phenylenediamines with acetone in the presence of 2-mercaptopropionic acid.
Journal ArticleDOI

Beckmann Rearrangement of (Z)- and (E)-Oximes of 2-Aryl-4,5,6,7-tetrahydro-6,6-dimethyl-2H-benzo(d)(1,2,3)triazol-4-ones and 4,5,6,7-Tetrahydro-6,6-dimethylbenzo(c)(1,2,5)oxadiazol-4-ones.

TL;DR: In this article, the synthesis and geometry of (Z)- and (E)-oximes, II and III, derivatives of tetrahydro-2H-benzo[d] [1,2,3]triazoles and tetrahedron[c] [ 1, 2,5]oxadiazoles, was investigated.
