Organizational culture for innovation and new technological behavior
TL;DR: The most important conditions for the generation of a corporate culture based on technological innovation are discussed in this article, with the support of a large number of empirical and theoretical studies, with the aim of analyzing the origin of a culture based in innovation technology.
Journal ArticleDOI
Synthetic Entries to and Biological Activity of Pyrrolopyrimidines
TL;DR: This review summarizes recent literature on the synthesis and pharmaceutical properties of pyrrolopyrimidines and contains a description of common retro-synthetic strategies, with particular attention for newly reported synthetic entries to the scaffold.
Journal ArticleDOI
An unprecedented use for glycerol: chemoselective reducing agent for sulfoxides
Nuria García,Patricia García-García,Manuel A. Fernández-Rodríguez,Daniel Garcia,María R. Pedrosa,Francisco J. Arnáiz,Roberto Sanz +6 more
TL;DR: In this article, a new application for glycerol that expands its possibilities beyond a green solvent and a precursor of value-added products has been demonstrated, where simple, easily available, and environmentally friendly dioxomolybdenum(VI) complexes are highly efficient catalysts for the chemoselective sulfoxide deoxygenation with this biomass-derived chemical feedstock.
Journal ArticleDOI
Regioselective reductive opening of substituted phthalans: synthetic applications
TL;DR: In this article, the reductive opening of substituted phthalans with lithium and a catalytic amount of DTBB leads to the formation of corresponding functionalised organolithium intermediates in a regioselective manner.
Journal ArticleDOI
Reductive Ring‐Opening of Phthalan and Isochroman: Application to the Stereoselective Synthesis of Tetrahydroisoquinolines and Tetrahydrobenzazepines
TL;DR: In this paper, the reaction of the dianionic intermediates resulting from the lithiation of phthalan (1a,b) and isochroman (1b) with chiral N-tert-butylsulfinyl aldimines was studied.
