TL;DR: The docking studies showed that compound 5b could be inserted into the active pocket of α-glucosidase and form hydrogen bonds with LYS293 to enhance the binding affinity and prove that their inhibition was reversible and a mixed type.
Patent
Coumarin derivative as well as preparation method and application thereof
TL;DR: The coumarin derivative disclosed by the scheme of the invention is stable in structure, has a goodinhibition effect on the activity of an alpha-glucosidase inhibitor, is small in toxic and side effects, and has good application prospect in the fields of diabetes treatment and prevention and treatment, especially in the preparation of medicines for treating type II diabetes as mentioned in this paper.
Patent
Indolone derivative with [alpha]-glucosidase inhibitory activity and preparation method and application thereof
Xu Xuetao,Chen Jie,Deng Xuyang,Ke Junjie,Chen Siqi,Liu Ziqiang,Luo Dong,Liu Zijian,Jia Zhensheng,Ma Yuran,Li Dongli,Ma Aijun,Wu Panpan,Zhang Kun +13 more
TL;DR: In this article, an indolone derivative with [alpha]-glucosidase inhibitory activity and a preparation method and application thereof was revealed, which can be used for preparing compositions, medicines and health-care products for preventing and/or treating diabetes mellitus.
Patent
Alpha-glucosidase inhibitor and application thereof
TL;DR: The alpha-glucosidase inhibitor comprises a compound with the following structural formula: R1 is independently selected from a hydrogen atom, an alkyl group, an alkoxy group, halogen, a halogenated alkyls group or a hydroxyl group; R 1 is located at the ortho-position, meta-position or para-position of a benzene ring.
