New diagram lines in the L emission spectrum of samarium 62

TL;DR: Using a 40 cm bent crystal spectrograph of the transmission type, two new diagram lines at 1600.0 X.U. and 2100.0X.U were reported for the first time in this article.
Journal ArticleDOI

New diagram lines in the L-emission spectrum of neodymium-60

TL;DR: The Wirbelstrage (Fig. 1) as mentioned in this paper is an example of such an approach, in which Staub, Kraftfahrzeugabgase, and chemisch verdorbene Luft gleichsam als WIRbel,,verpackt\" and ziehen in Bodennéihe entlang, bis sic abgekiihlt sind and damit die Tendenz zum Aufsteigen in die hohe Atmosphare verloren haben.
Journal ArticleDOI

The ‘s’ line in the L spectrum of 62Sm

TL;DR: In this article, a 40 cm bent mica crystal spectrograph of the transmission type has been used to study the L emission spectrum of samarium and a new diagram line corresponding to the quadrupole transition L III M III ( s ) at λ = 2336.0 X. U has been reported for the first time.
Journal ArticleDOI

Identification of the lines in the L emission spectrum of cerium and samarium

Abstract: The occurrence of a line at 2.1556 A in the L emission spectrum of cerium and two lines at 1.6679 and 1.8379 A in the L emission spectrum of samarium, reported many years ago, has remained a puzzle. These have now been identified as EXAFS minima occurring at the L absorption edges of the respective elements.
