Journal ArticleDOI
Neurosensory Effects of Transcranial Alternating Current Stimulation
TL;DR: It is demonstrated that the strength and the likelihood of sensations elicited by tACS were specifically modulated by the stimulation parameters, and the present work may be instrumental in establishing effective blinding conditions for studies with tACs.
Journal ArticleDOI
Excitability changes triggered by white noise exposure revealed by whole head MEG
Anna-Lisa Schuler,Silvia Isabella,Diandra Brkic,Giulio Ferrazzi,Daniele Marinazzo,Giovanni Pellegrino +5 more
Journal ArticleDOI
FarmApp: a new assessment of cognitive control and memory for children and young people with neurodevelopmental difficulties
Diandra Brkic,Elise Ng-Cordell,Sinéad O’Brien,Jessica Martin,Gaia Scerif,Duncan E. Astle,Kate Baker +6 more
TL;DR: In this paper , a tablet-based assessment tool, FarmApp, was introduced to measure aspects of cognitive control and memory, in children and young people with neurodevelopmental difficulties, including intellectual disability (ID).

The impact of ROI extraction method for MEG connectivity estimation: practical recommendations for the study of resting state data
Diandra Brkic,Sara Sommariva,Anna-Lisa Schuler,Anna Pascarella,Paolo Belardinelli,Silvia Isabella,Giovanni Di Pino,Giulio Ferrazzi,Javier Rasero,Giorgio Arcara,Daniele Marinazzo,Giovanni Pellegrino +11 more
TL;DR: In this paper , the impact of different strategies on connectivity results was investigated in a large MEG resting state cohort (N=113) and within simulated data, and the results were validated by using a set of realistic simulations.
