TL;DR: It is demonstrated that healthy younger adults can develop severe COVID-19, and among 513 adults aged 18–49 years without underlying medical conditions hospitalized with coronavirus disease 2019, 22% were admitted to an intensive care unit, 10% required mechanical ventilation, and 3 patients died.

TL;DR: MIS-C was associated with high titers of SARS-CoV-2 RBD IgG antibodies and acute hypercytokinemia with IL-6,IL-10, IL-17A, and IFN-γ, and Elevation of at least 3 of these cytokines wasassociated with significantly increased prevalence of prolonged hospitalization ≥8 days.
