A Layer-by-Layer Growth Strategy for Large-Size InP/ZnSe/ZnS Core–Shell Quantum Dots Enabling High-Efficiency Light-Emitting Diodes

TL;DR: In this paper, a layer-by-layer growth strategy was proposed to control the growth of InP-based core-shell QDs due to the lattice mismatch between the InP core and ZnS shell.
Journal ArticleDOI

High-Efficiency and Stable Quantum Dot Light-Emitting Diodes Enabled by a Solution-Processed Metal-Doped Nickel Oxide Hole Injection Interfacial Layer

TL;DR: In this article, a hole injection layer (HIL) was introduced to improve the hole injection capability of NiO films and the resulting NiO HIL exhibits superior performance compared to the state-of-the-art poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene):poly(styrene-sulfonate) (PEDOT:PSS)-based QLEDs, with a maximum current efficiency and external quantum efficiency of 45.7 cd A(-1) and 10.5%, respectively.
Journal ArticleDOI

Ultrastable Inorganic Perovskite Nanocrystals Coated with a Thick Long-Chain Polymer for Efficient White Light-Emitting Diodes

TL;DR: In this article, the authors report on ultrastable CsPbBr3 nanocrystals (NCs) with a thick (∼25 nm) polymer coating prepared via an injection molding process.
