Journal ArticleDOI

Thermodynamically stabilized β-CsPbI3-based perovskite solar cells with efficiencies >18.

TL;DR: High crystalline β-CsPbI3 films are obtained with an extended spectral response and enhanced phase stability and made from the treated material have highly reproducible and stable efficiencies reaching 18.4% under 45 ± 5°C ambient conditions.
Journal ArticleDOI

Density functional study of FeS, FeSe and FeTe: Electronic structure, magnetism, phonons and superconductivity

TL;DR: In this article, density functional calculations of the electronic structure, Fermi surface, phonon spectrum, magnetism, and electron-phonon coupling for the superconducting phase FeSe, as well as the related compounds FeS and FeTe were performed.
Journal ArticleDOI

Highly Oriented Low-Dimensional Tin Halide Perovskites with Enhanced Stability and Photovoltaic Performance

TL;DR: Low-dimensional Sn perovskite films in solar cells are reported that exhibit markedly enhanced air stability in comparison with their 3D counterparts, raising the prospects of pure Snperovskites for solar cells application.
Journal ArticleDOI

Design of Lead-Free Inorganic Halide Perovskites for Solar Cells via Cation-Transmutation

TL;DR: In this paper, the authors exploit the strategy of cation-transmutation to design stable inorganic Pb-free halide perovskites for solar cells, which form a rich class of quaternary halides in double-perovskite structure.
