Self-Powered Acceleration Sensor Based on Liquid Metal Triboelectric Nanogenerator for Vibration Monitoring
Binbin Zhang,Lei Zhang,Weili Deng,Long Jin,Fengjun Chun,Hong Pan,Bingni Gu,Haitao Zhang,Zekai Lv,Weiqing Yang,Zhong Lin Wang +10 more
TL;DR: A self-powered and highly sensitive acceleration sensor based on a triboelectric nanogenerator composed of a liquid metal mercury droplet and nanofiber-networked polyvinylidene fluoride (nn-PVDF) film was demonstrated to measure the vibration of mechanical equipment and human motion in real time, which has potential applications in equipment vibration monitoring and troubleshooting.
Journal ArticleDOI
All-Sprayed-Processable, Large-Area, and Flexible Perovskite/MXene-Based Photodetector Arrays for Photocommunication
Wen Deng,Haichao Huang,Huaimin Jin,Wen Li,Xiang Chu,Da Xiong,Wei Yan,Fengjun Chun,Meilin Xie,Chao Luo,Long Jin,Chuanqi Liu,Haitao Zhang,Weili Deng,Weiqing Yang +14 more
TL;DR: In this article, an all-sprayed-processable and large-area flexible photodetectors based on two-dimensional (2D) CsPbBr3 nanosheets and conductive Ti3C2Tx (MXene) was developed.
Journal ArticleDOI
High power supercapacitors based on hierarchically porous sheet-like nanocarbons with ionic liquid electrolytes
Hai Su,Haitao Zhang,Fangyan Liu,Fengjun Chun,Binbin Zhang,Xiang Chu,Haichao Huang,Weili Deng,Bingni Gu,Hepeng Zhang,Xiaotong Zheng,Minhao Zhu,Weiqing Yang +12 more
TL;DR: In this article, the authors reported hierarchically porous sheet-like nanocarbons (HPSNCs) prepared by direct activation of graphene oxide and polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) polymer are promising electrode materials for high power supercapacitors with also high energy density.
Journal ArticleDOI
All-in-one 3D acceleration sensor based on coded liquid–metal triboelectric nanogenerator for vehicle restraint system
Binbin Zhang,Binbin Zhang,Zhiyi Wu,Zhiming Lin,Zhiming Lin,Hengyu Guo,Fengjun Chun,Weiqing Yang,Zhong Lin Wang,Zhong Lin Wang +9 more
TL;DR: In this paper, a liquid-metal triboelectric nanogenerator (LM-TENG) was used to construct a self-powered 3D acceleration sensor for vehicle restraint system.
Journal ArticleDOI
Ultrafast Thermodynamic Control for Stable and Efficient Mixed Halide Perovskite Nanocrystals
TL;DR: In this paper, an ultrafast thermodynamic control (UTC) strategy is designed by utilizing liquid nitrogen to instantaneously freeze the superior crystal lattices of CsPbBrxCl3−x NCs formed at high temperature.
