Crystal structures of two copper(II) ternary complexes of N -salicylidene-tryptophanato with 2-aminopyridine and 2-aminopyrimidine
TL;DR: Two ternary copper(II) complexes of a tridentate Schiff base of the N -salicylidene-tryptophanato type: [Cu(Sal-Trp)(2-aminopyridine)]·methanol (2b ) have been synthesized and structurally characterized as discussed by the authors.
Journal ArticleDOI
X-ray diffraction structures of two N-salicylidene tryptophananato diaquocopper(II) complexes: erythro and threo isomers
TL;DR: X-ray crystal structures for two N-salicylidene tryptophanato diaquocopper(II) isomers, [Cu(Sal-Trp)(h2O)2, erythro (1) and hreo (2), were reported in this article.
Journal ArticleDOI
Synthesis and structural characteristics of metal–acyclovir (ACV) complexes: [Ni(or Co)(ACV)2(H2O)4]Cl2·2ACV, [Zn(ACV)Cl2(H2O)], [Cd(ACV)Cl2]·H2O and [{Hg(ACV)Cl2}x]. Recognition of acyclovir by Ni–ACV
TL;DR: In this article, the authors used 1H and 13C NMR data to identify free acyclovir molecules by Ni(or Co)-ACV (1 and 2).
Journal ArticleDOI
Reaction of trimethylene–bisadenine with d10 divalent cations
TL;DR: In this article, the synthesis, spectroscopic characterisation and X-ray structure determination of Ade 2 (CH 2 ) 3 1, [(H-Ade) 2(CH 2 ), 3 ]Cl 2 ⋅H 2 O 2 and the outer sphere complex (Ade=adenine) were reported.
Journal ArticleDOI
Synthesis, equilibrium studies and structural characterisation of the Zn(II) complexes with trimethylene-N6,N6'-bisadenine.
Angel García-Raso,Juan J. Fiol,Ferran Bádenas,Andrés Tasada,Xavier Solans,Mercè Font-Bardia,Manuel G. Basallote,Marı́a A. Máñez,María J. Fernández-Trujillo,David Sánchez +9 more
TL;DR: An equilibrium study was carried out on the Zn(II)-L-H(+) system, which constitutes the first crystallographic evidence of an inner sphere complex with bis-adenines and results are in agreement with its formation under the conditions in which the solid complex was prepared.
