Journal ArticleDOI
Progress in emerging solution-processed thin film solar cells – Part I: Polymer solar cells
TL;DR: Wang et al. as discussed by the authors reviewed the fundamentals and recent advances in perovskite solar cells from an engineering points of view, and discussed the effects of various processing parameters, such as the annealing time and temperature, solvent effect, reaction time, solution concentration, and the thickness of each layer.
Journal ArticleDOI
Graphene-doped PEDOT:PSS nanocomposite thin films fabricated by conventional and substrate vibration-assisted spray coating (SVASC)
TL;DR: In this article, the authors reported successful fabrication of highly conductive transparent graphene-doped PEDOT:PSS composite thin films using conventional and substrate vibration-assisted ultrasonic spray coating (SVASC).
Journal ArticleDOI
Development of multiple-droplet drop-casting method for the fabrication of coatings and thin solid films
TL;DR: In this paper, four droplets of poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene)polystyrene sulfonate (PEDOT:PSS) solution are released simultaneously and impinged on the four vertices of a square on a wettable solid surface to make a thin film.
Journal ArticleDOI
Controlled wetting/dewetting through substrate vibration-assisted spray coating (SVASC)
TL;DR: Zabihi et al. as mentioned in this paper developed a substrate vibration-assisted spray coating (SVASC) method, in which ultrasonic vibration is imposed on the substrate to improve the spray-on film and coating characteristics.
Journal ArticleDOI
Impact dynamics and deposition of pristine and graphene-doped PEDOT:PSS polymeric droplets on stationary and vibrating substrates
TL;DR: In this article, the effect of imposing lateral and vertical ultrasonic vibration on the substrate on impinging droplets and deposition is also studied, and unprecedented results are obtained, and discussed, in an attempt to understand the process of drop casting, spray coating and inkjet printing frequently used for the fabrication of polymeric thin films in thin film devices.
