Journal ArticleDOI
Generation and analysis of the improved human HAL9/10 antibody phage display libraries.
Jonas Kügler,Sonja Wilke,Doris Meier,Florian Tomszak,André Frenzel,Thomas Schirrmann,Stefan Dübel,Henk Garritsen,Björn Hock,Lars Toleikis,Mark Schütte,Michael Hust +11 more
TL;DR: It is shown that changing the tag order to Myc/His improved the production of soluble antibodies, but did not affect antibody phage display, and the highly diverse universal antibody gene libraries HAL9/10 were constructed using an optimized scFv phagemid vector design.
Book ChapterDOI
Construction of Human Immune and Naive scFv Libraries
TL;DR: The detailed methods for the construction of human immune and naive scFv gene libraries are given for the generation of high-quality antibody gene libraries.
Book ChapterDOI
Selection of Recombinant Human Antibodies.
TL;DR: In this review, different technologies that are currently used for the in vitro and in vivo generation of human antibodies are described.
Journal ArticleDOI
Design of a novel switchable antibody display system in Pichia pastoris
Dominic Gätjen,Florian Tomszak,Johann-Christoph Dettmann,Miriam S. Droste,Volker Nölle,Marek Wieczorek +5 more
TL;DR: The generation of a Pichia surface display (PSD) system based on antibody expression from episomal plasmids is described and the first report of antibody display in P. pastoris is reported.
