Nonepidermotropic cutaneous lymphomas : a histopathological and immunohistological study of 52 cases

TL;DR: This study shows that nonepidermotropic cutaneous lymphomas are B-cell lymphomas in 75% of the cases, most often of the large-cell type, and emphasizes the value of immunohistochemistry to firmly establish malignancy when routine light microscopical findings are questionable.

Sarcoidosis occurring during BRAF/MEK inhibitors is associated with paradoxical ERK activation in Erdheim-Chester patients.

TL;DR: A single-center retrospective study among adult patients with Erdheim-Chester disease treated with BRAF and/or MEK inhibitors between 2012 and 2018 found four patients had clinical manifestations of sarcoidosis occurring under targeted therapy.
