Journal ArticleDOI
Electrical properties of polyacetylene/polysiloxane interface
TL;DR: In this article, the I•V and C•V measurements were used to explore the polyacetylene/polysiloxane interface electrical properties and the electrical conduction mechanism in this interface was found to be a Schottky-Richardson mechanism.
Journal ArticleDOI
New inelastic electron tunneling spectrometer with an absolute peak intensity
TL;DR: In this paper, a smoothed second differential calculation is directly applied to high precision (7.5 digits) tunneling currentvoltage data measured with Al/AlOx/Benzoic acid/Pb tunnel junctions at 4.2 K.
Patent
Polymer semiconductor element and manufacture thereof
TL;DR: In this paper, the surface of a copolymer is used as a bonding surface for polytrimethyl-thiophene (PTTH) polysilicon elements to obtain a high performance polymer semiconductor element with stability.
Journal ArticleDOI
Electrical properties of I2-doped polydiacetylene
TL;DR: Using iodine thermal diffusion, the conductivity of poly(1,6-bis(N-carbazolyl)-2,4 hexadiyne is increased by more than ten orders of magnitude with respect to the value for undoped materials as discussed by the authors.
Journal ArticleDOI
Conductance changes in trans‐polyacetylene during oxidation
Fumihiro Ebisawa,Hisao Tabei +1 more
TL;DR: In this paper, the conductance of trans-polyacetylene is measured using an interdigital microelectrode and a model derived from Kivelson's theory predicts the behavior of conductivity as a function of time during oxidation.
