TL;DR: Sarcoidosis is a systemic granulomatous disease of unknown aetiology, which is characterized by bilateral hilar lymphadenopathy and pulmonary disease, and Clinically detected cardiac involvement occurs in 5% of sarcoid patients, although cardiac manifestations are discovered in 25% of the cases at autopsy.

TL;DR: In this article , the reproducibility of inter-observer agreement of TIL categorisation was explored and it was shown that between six and nine pathologists can give a good approximation of inter observer agreement in TIL assessments.
