A new method to compare the interpretability of rule-based algorithms
Vincent Margot,George Luta +1 more
TL;DR: In this article, the authors propose a measure of predictivity, stability, and simplicity to compare the interpretability of rule-based and tree-based algorithms for regression and classification.
Journal ArticleDOI
Empirical Likelihood-Based ANOVA for Trimmed Means.
TL;DR: The results of the simulation study indicate that for skewed distributions, with and without variance heterogeneity, Yuen’s test performs better than the new EL ANOVA test for trimmed means with respect to control over the probability of a type I error.
Journal ArticleDOI
Using dagR to identify minimal sufficient adjustment sets and to simulate data based on directed acyclic graphs
Lutz P Breitling,Lutz P Breitling,Chongyang Duan,Anca D. Dragomir,Anca D. Dragomir,George Luta,George Luta +6 more
Journal ArticleDOI
Feasible screening for fibromyalgia (FAST4) and/or depression (MDS2) on a single MDHAQ documents variation in patient global assessment from 3/10 to 8/10 in patients with inflammatory arthritis
TL;DR: Patient global assessment (PATGL) is a component of rheumatoid arthritis (RA) and spondyloarthritis (SpA) activity indices, reflecting inflammation in selected clinical trial patients as mentioned in this paper .
