Journal ArticleDOI

Lithium boro-hydride LiBH4. I. Crystal structure

TL;DR: The crystal structure of LiBH4 has been studied by synchrotron X-ray powder diffraction at room temperature and at 408 K at T =408 K.
Journal ArticleDOI

Tailoring Hybrid Layered Double Hydroxides for the Development of Innovative Applications

TL;DR: A comprehensive and critical overview of the current research on multifunctional hybrid LDHs is provided in this article, where the new trends and strategies for hybrid LDO synthesis are described, and then the potential of the latest hybrid LDHOs, polymer LDH nanocomposites, and LDH bio-nanocomposite are presented.
Journal ArticleDOI

Structural and spectroscopic studies on the alkali borohydrides MBH4 (M = Na, K, Rb, Cs)

TL;DR: In this article, the structure of borohydrides MBH4 and their deuterides has been investigated by X-ray and neutron powder diffraction (M = K, Rb, Cs) and by infrared and Raman spectroscopy (M. = Na, K, rb, cb, N. Cs), and the properties of the overtones and combination bands, the Fermi resonance type interactions and the 10 Bt o 11 B splitting due to the presence of natural boron in the samples.
Journal ArticleDOI

Synthesis and characterization of hydrogarnet Ca3(AlxFe1 ― x)2(SiO4)y(OH)4(3 ― y)

TL;DR: In this article, the CaO-Al2O3-H2O system at temperatures 20 °C and above was studied and two solid solutions: C3AH6-C3AS0.41H5.18 and C3AS 0.84H4.32 solid solution formation was observed.
Journal ArticleDOI

High-Performing Monometallic Cobalt Layered Double Hydroxide Supercapacitor with Defined Local Structure

TL;DR: In this paper, a topochemical oxidative reaction (TOR) under air is converted into a monometallic CoIICoIII-CO3 layered double hydroxide (LDH), and structural and morphological characterizations are performed using powder X-ray diffraction, Fourier-transformed IR spectroscopy, and scanning and transmission electron microscopy.
