Characterization of SnO2/TiO2 Double-Layer Films as Alcohol Sensing Materials
TL;DR: In this article, an RF magnetron sputtering system was employed to fabricate SnO 2 /TiO 2 double-layer and single-layer films for applications as alcohol sensors.
Journal ArticleDOI
An aptamer interacting with heat shock protein 70 shows therapeutic effects and prognostic ability in serous ovarian cancer
Chang Ni Lin,Yi Cheng Tsai,Ching Cheng Hsu,Yu Ling Liang,Yi Ying Wu,Chieh Yi Kang,Chun Hong Lin,Pang-Hung Hsu,Pang-Hung Hsu,Gwo-Bin Lee,Keng Fu Hsu +10 more
TL;DR: In this article, Tx-01 was shown to reduce serous OVCAR3 cell migration and invasion and inhibited heat shock protein 70/Notch1 intracellular domain (HSP70/NICD) interaction.
Journal ArticleDOI
Optimization of aptamer selection on an automated microfluidic system with cancer tissues
TL;DR: In this paper, an integrated microfluidic system (IMS) was established to automatically carry out the optimization of aptamer selection, and two aptamers were successfully screened; one of which, H-45, exhibited high specificity and affinity towards ovarian cancer tissue samples.
Journal ArticleDOI
Optically induced dielectropheresis sorting with automated medium exchange in an integrated optofluidic device resulting in higher cell viability.
TL;DR: By improving cell viability after cell manipulation, this design may contribute to the practical integration of ODEP modules into other lab-on-a-chip devices and biomedical applications in the future.
Journal ArticleDOI
Microautosamplers for discrete sample injection and dispensation.
Chun-Wei Huang,Gwo-Bin Lee +1 more
TL;DR: A novel microelectromechanical system (MEMS)‐based autosampler capable of performing the discrete injection and dispensation of variable‐volume samples and could be promising towards realizing the micrototal analysis system (μ‐TAS) concept.
