Journal ArticleDOI

Electrospun Fibrous Membranes with Super-large-strain Electric Superhydrophobicity

TL;DR: This work has, for the first time, proven that an elastic fibrous membrane after surface hydrophobization can maintain superhydrophobicity during one-directional (uniaxial) stretching to a strain as high as 1500% and two-direction (biaxial).
Journal ArticleDOI

Superhydrophilic, Underwater Directional Oil-Transport Fabrics with a Novel Oil Trapping Function.

TL;DR: It was showed that the underwater directional oil transport fabric had a novel "oil trapping" ability, and when used to seal a container, the fabric can trap oil into the container, and once trapped the oil was kept without releasing.
Journal ArticleDOI

Effect of solvent treatment on morphology, crystallinity and tensile properties of cellulose acetate nanofiber mats

TL;DR: In this article, the solvent treatment led to denser, more compact fibrous structure and a slight decrease in fiber alignment, which increased fiber diameter and polymer crystallinity within fibers.
Book ChapterDOI

Applications of electrospun nanofibers for electronic devices

TL;DR: In this article, the authors provide a comprehensive summary on the recent progress in the application of electrospun nanofibers in electronic devices, such as solar cells, mechanical-to-electric energy harvesters, rechargeable batteries, supercapacitors, sensors, field-effect transistors, diodes, photodetectors, and electrochromic devices.
