Journal ArticleDOI
Fluorine cleavage of the light blue heteroleptic triplet emitter FIrpic
Varatharajan Sivasubramaniam,Florian Brodkorb,Stephanie Hanning,Hans P. Loebl,Volker Van Elsbergen,Herbert Friedrich Boerner,Ullrich Scherf,Martin Kreyenschmidt +7 more
TL;DR: In this article, the lifetime stability of devices containing FIrpic as emitter has been analyzed via liquid chromatography coupled with electron spray ionization mass spectrometry (LC/ESI/MS).
Journal ArticleDOI
Piezoelectric thin AlN films for bulk acoustic wave (BAW) resonators
TL;DR: In this article, the relationship between sputter deposition conditions, AlN film structure, electromechanical coupling factor kt, and relevant electrical parameters of BAW devices are discussed, as well as their relationship with BAW resonators and filters.
Book ChapterDOI
RF Bulk Acoustic Wave Resonators and Filters
TL;DR: In this article, a 1D electro-acoustic model is combined with an electromagnetic model to model the filter and resonator response in the frequency range between 2 and 8 GHz.
Journal ArticleDOI
Degradation of HTL layers during device operation in PhOLEDs
Varatharajan Sivasubramaniam,Florian Brodkorb,Stephanie Hanning,Oliver Buttler,Hans P. Loebl,Volker Van Elsbergen,Herbert Friedrich Boerner,Ullrich Scherf,Martin Kreyenschmidt +8 more
TL;DR: In this paper, the degradation mechanisms of blue light emitting diodes (OLEDs) during device operation were investigated using laser desorption ionization (LDI) coupled with a time of flight mass spectrometry (TOF/MS).
Proceedings ArticleDOI
Solidly mounted bulk acoustic wave filters for the GHz frequency range
Hans P. Loebl,Christof Metzmacher,D.N. Peligrad,Ruediger Mauczok,M. Klee,Wolfgang Brand,R.F. Milsorn,P. Lok,R. Van Straten,A. Tuinhout,J.-W. Lobeek +10 more
TL;DR: In this article, lattice and ladder BAW resonator filters have been designed and fabricated on 6" wafers using multilayer Bragg type acoustic reflectors, and the properties of the acoustic reflector can be monitored by a thorough examination of small details of the resonator's frequency response.
