Journal ArticleDOI

Candidate for the 2 + excited Hoyle state at E x ∼10 MeV in 12 C

TL;DR: In this paper, the authors have analyzed the cross-section data using both peak-fitting and multipole decomposition techniques, and they have shown that the 2.08 MeV-cluster model can be interpreted as the excitation of the Hoyle state and the $\ensuremath{\alpha}-condensate state.
Journal ArticleDOI

Magnetic spectrometer Grand Raiden

TL;DR: A high-resolution magnetic spectrometer called "Grand Raiden" is operated at the RCNP ring cyclotron facility in Osaka for nuclear physics studies at intermediate energies as discussed by the authors. But it is not suitable for high-dimensional data.
Journal ArticleDOI

Neutron density distributions of Pb 204 , 206 , 208 deduced via proton elastic scattering at E p = 295 MeV

TL;DR: In this paper, an effective relativistic Love-Franey interaction was tuned to reproduce the velocities of polarized proton elastic scattering data within the framework of the relativism impulse approximation.
