Journal ArticleDOI

A one-pot multicomponent facile synthesis of dihydropyrimidin-2(1H)-thione derivatives using triphenylgermane as a catalyst and its binding pattern validation

TL;DR: Compound 3 was found to be the most potent inhibitor according to the molecular docking scores and molecular dynamic simulations which suggests it can be further processed as a lead molecule to interpret the pharmacological properties of these compounds.
Journal ArticleDOI

Synthesis, crystal structure and antimicrobial studies of a thione derivative of transplatin, trans-[Pt(NH3)2(Diaz)2]Cl2·2H2O (Diaz = 1,3-diazinane-2-thione)

TL;DR: Platinum(II) complexes, trans -Pt(NH 3 ) 2 (Diaz) 2 ]Cl 2 ·2H 2 O ( 1 ) and trans -[PtNH 3 ] 2 (Tu) 2 )Cl 2(Diaz = 1,3diazinane-2-thione, Tu = thiourea) were prepared and characterized by elemental analysis, IR and NMR spectroscopy The crystal structure of compound 1 was determined by X-ray crystallography.
Journal ArticleDOI

Bis(1,3-dibutylthiourea)dicyanido-mercury(II).

TL;DR: In the title compound, [Hg(CN)2(C9H20N2S)2], the Hg atom lies on a twofold rotation axis and has a distorted tetrahedral coordination involving the S atoms of two 1-butyl-3-propylthiourea groups and the C atoms of the two CN− anions.
Journal ArticleDOI

Synthesis, X-ray structures and biological properties of palladium(II) complexes of 1,2-dimethylimidazole and benzimidazole

TL;DR: In this paper, three palladium(II) complexes with imidazole derivatives; 1,2-dimethylimidazoles, benzimidazolis and 2-phenylimidsazole were prepared and characterized by thermal and spectral analyses.
