Journal ArticleDOI
Synthesis of 3-methylisoxazole-5-carboxamides and 5-[(1H-pyrazol-1-yl)carbonyl]-3-methylisoxazoles
Marcos A. P. Martins,Marcelo Neto,Adilson P. Sinhorin,Giovani P. Bastos,Nilo E. K. Zimmermann,Adriano Rosa,Helio G. Bonacorso,Nilo Zanatta +7 more
TL;DR: In this paper, a one-pot synthesis of 6 3-methylisoxazole-5-carboxamides with pyrazole substituents was reported. But the pyrazoles were not present in position 3 or 5 on the ring.
Journal ArticleDOI
Polymorphism in a Rotaxane Molecule: Intra- and Intermolecular Understanding
Tainára Orlando,Paulo R. S. Salbego,Carmen L. R. Taschetto,Helio G. Bonacorso,Nilo Zanatta,Manfredo Hoerner,Marcos A. P. Martins +6 more
TL;DR: In this article, the first case of polymorphism in a rotaxane molecule was reported, which contained a succinamide station bearing nonsymmetric stoppers and a tetralactam macrocycle.
Journal ArticleDOI
REACTIONS OF β-ALKOXYVINYL TRIFLUOROMETHYL KETONES. THE SYNTHESIS OF N-[1-ARYL-3-OXO-4,4,4-TRIFLUORO-1-BUTEN-1-YL]-o-PHENYLENEDIAMINES AND 4-ARYL-2-TRIFLUOROMETHYL-3H-1,5-BENZODIAZEPINES
TL;DR: In this article, a series of five N-[1-aryl-3-oxo-4, 4,4,4-trifluoro-1-buten]-o-phenylenediamines was prepared and isolated in good yield.
Journal ArticleDOI
Insights on the Similarity of Supramolecular Structures in Organic Crystals Using Quantitative Indexes.
Paulo R. S. Salbego,Caroline R. Bender,Manfredo Hörner,Nilo Zanatta,Clarissa P. Frizzo,Helio G. Bonacorso,Marcos A. P. Martins +6 more
TL;DR: It is demonstrated that the similarity between two crystalline structures could be estimated from the similarities between the two “supramolecular clusters”, and indicated that supramolecles with high similarity must have high values for all three indexes.
