Journal ArticleDOI

A Comparison of Charges on the Electron, Proton and Neutron

TL;DR: This paper found the meaning of Hillas and Cranshawes' experiment extremely obscure and they were not able to see that the conclusion claimed follows validly, and they concluded that the charge-excess hypothesis does not follow validly.
Journal ArticleDOI

On the Reception of Electromagnetic Waves

TL;DR: In this article, the authors considered the non-harmonic case of a localized receiver and showed that if the currents in the receiver are chosen so as to maximize the amount of energy obtained, with conditions implying that the receiver is quiescent outside a finite interval of reception, then there exists a well-defined maximum.
