Baryons from instantons in holographic QCD

TL;DR: In this article, the authors considered aspects of dynamical baryons in a holographic dual of QCD that is formulated on the basis of a D4/D8-brane configuration.
Journal ArticleDOI

Covariant string field theory.

TL;DR: It is proved that the on-shell physical amplitudes at the tree level are completely independent of the string length parameter ..cap alpha... the zero-slope limit of the covariant string action as well as of the BRS transformation is calculated completely off the mass shell.
Journal ArticleDOI

Manifestly covariant field theory of interacting string I

TL;DR: A manifestly covariant field theory for the interacting bosonic open string was constructed in this paper, which is invariant under an inhomogeneous nilpotent BRS transformation, and the on-shell scattering amplitudes in this theory reproduce the Koba-Nielsen amplitudes at the tree level.
Journal ArticleDOI

Skew-symmetric tensor gauge field theory dynamically realized in the QCD U(1) channel

TL;DR: In this article, it was shown that in order for the U(1) Goldstone boson to decouple from the physical sector, a third rank skew-symmetric tensor gauge field theory has to be realized dynamically by asymptotic fields of bound states in QCD.
Journal ArticleDOI

Baryons from instantons in holographic QCD

TL;DR: In this article, the authors considered aspects of dynamical baryons in a holographic dual of QCD that is proposed on the basis of a D4/D8-brane configuration.
