Effect of Saccharomyces boulardii and Bacillus subtilis B10 on intestinal ultrastructure modulation and mucosal immunity development mechanism in broiler chickens
TL;DR: It is revealed that Sb and Bs could modulate intestinal ultrastructure through increasing occluding, cloudin2, and cloudin3 mRNA expression levels in broiler intestine and Sb induced inflammatory and antiinflammatory cytokines improved in the probiotic groups.
Journal ArticleDOI
Influence of dietary inclusion of Bacillus licheniformis on laying performance, egg quality, antioxidant enzyme activities, and intestinal barrier function of laying hens
TL;DR: Dietary inclusion of B. licheniformis could improve laying performance and egg quality significantly in a dose-dependent manner by decreasing the stress response, upregulating the growth hormone, and improving intestinal health.
Journal ArticleDOI
Lycopene: a natural antioxidant for prevention of heat-induced oxidative stress in poultry
Muhammad Asif Arain,Z Mei,Faiz-ul Hassan,Muhammad Saeed,Mahmoud Alagawany,Akhtar Hussain Shar,Imran Rashid Rajput +6 more
TL;DR: In this paper, heat stress is one of the most important physiological factors challenging poultry production throughout the world especially in tropical and sub-tropical countries, and Oxidative stress induced by hea...
Journal ArticleDOI
Bioaccumulation of organic pollutants in Indo-Pacific humpback dolphin: A review on current knowledge and future prospects
TL;DR: Variations in bioaccumulation were shown to be caused by factors such as usage patterns and physicochemical properties of the pollutant, but restrictions in sampling inhibit investigations on exposure pathway and toxicity of organic pollutants in Indo-Pacific humpback dolphin.
Journal ArticleDOI
Grape Seed Proanthocyanidin Extract Alleviates AflatoxinB₁-Induced Immunotoxicity and Oxidative Stress via Modulation of NF-κB and Nrf2 Signaling Pathways in Broilers.
Shahid Ali Rajput,Lv-Hui Sun,Ni-Ya Zhang,Mahmoud Mohamed Khalil,Zhao Ling,Li Chong,Shuai Wang,Imran Rashid Rajput,Dost Muhammad Bloch,Farhan Anwar Khan,Aftab Shaukat,Desheng Qi +11 more
TL;DR: GSPE alleviates AFB1-induced immunotoxicity and oxidative damage by inhibiting the NF-κB and activating the Nrf2 signaling pathways in broiler chickens.
