TL;DR: In this article, the effect of various operating factors such as: adsorbent dose, contact time, solution pH, initial concentration and temperature on the sorption of heavy metal ions of Cu(II, Zn(II), Cd( II), Co(II and Pb(II) were carried out using the commercial active carbon Purolite AC 20 and biochar.

The multiple faces of recentralization: A typology of central-local interactions

TL;DR: In this paper , a conceptual framework and a methodological apparatus for investigating conflicts between central and local governments is proposed. But their work is inspired by contemporary recentralization processes seen in Europe, which are motivated both pragmatically (to counteract the financial crisis) and ideologically (the "illiberal turn").
