Journal ArticleDOI

First Hydrogenation of TiFe with Addition of 20 wt.% Ti

TL;DR: In this paper , the first hydrogenation (activation) of a 1.2Ti-0.8Fe alloy synthesized by induction melting (9 kg ingot) was reported, which presented a three-phase structure composed of a main TiFe phase, a secondary Ti2Fe phase and a Ti-rich BCC phase.
Journal ArticleDOI

Large specific surface area nanocrystalline Ti-Ru-Fe cathode materials for sodium chlorate

TL;DR: Ball-milled nanocrystalline Ti3RuFe powders were mixed with 1, 2, 4, 10 and 20 equivalents of Al and the mixtures were milled again for 20 h as discussed by the authors.
Journal ArticleDOI

Hydrogenation of TixFe2-x-based alloys with overstoichiometric Ti ratio (x = 1.1, 1.15 and 1.2)

TL;DR: In this paper, the authors investigated the hydrogenation behavior of TixFe2-x+4-wt% Zr alloys, x = 1.1, 1.15 and 1.2.
Journal ArticleDOI

Effect of Heat Treatment on Crystal Structure, Microstructure, and Hydrogenation Behavior of BCC 52Ti-12V-36Cr Alloys with Zr and Zr-Ni Additives

TL;DR: The effect of heat treatment at 1273 K for 1 week on the first hydrogenation of body-centered cubic (BCC) 52Ti-12V-36Cr alloy with 4-wt-pct Zr7Ni10, 4-towthreshold Zr, and 2.2-tenths Zr additives was investigated in this article.
