Common variable immunodeficiency: a new look at an old disease
TL;DR: In this article, the authors identified 150 such diseases with more than 120 associated genetic defects and found that the prevalence of these diseases can range from one in 500 to 1 in 500,000 in the general population, depending on the diagnostic skills and medical resources available in different countries.
