TL;DR: Network size and the number of casual sexual partners were associated with NG/CT infection among MSM in Peru, suggesting network composition among MSM with homosexual-only sexual networks plays an important role in the risk for STI acquisition.

TL;DR: In this paper, the authors investigated the whole-blood transcriptome and microbiome prior to immunization, in order to assess their involvement in induction of humoral responses two months later, and found that the levels of neutralizing antibody responses were correlated with abundance of Eubacterium in stool and Prevotella in skin.
