TL;DR: The tumor has been diagnosed by echocardiography supported by magnetic resonance imaging in a 63-year-old man with acute inferior ST-elevation myocardial infarction and one-vessel coronary artery disease and it is reported that the patient was asymptomatic and exhibited a good function of the artificial valve.
