Journal ArticleDOI

A carbon dots based fluorescent probe for selective and sensitive detection of hemoglobin

TL;DR: In this paper, the ground state complex formation between CDs and HGB was effectively quenched by HGB due to the ground-state complex formation, and the static quenching mechanism was further investigated by UV-vis absorption spectrometry and time-resolved fluorescence spectra.
Journal ArticleDOI

Systematical investigation of in vitro molecular interaction between fluorescent carbon dots and human serum albumin

TL;DR: In this work, in vitro molecular interaction between CDs and HSA was systematically investigated by spectroscopic techniques and electrochemical approaches and suggested that the conformational change of H SA was significantly at secondary structure level and the biological activity of Hsa was weakened dramatically in the present of CDs.
Journal ArticleDOI

Comparative investigation of binding interactions between three steroidal compounds and human serum albumin: Multispectroscopic and molecular modeling techniques.

TL;DR: The structural influences of three steroidal complexes were investigated based on their binding interactions with human serum albumin by multispectroscopic methods and molecular modeling techniques and provided the molecular understanding of binding interactions of protein with steroidal compounds and the strategy for research of structural influences.
Journal ArticleDOI

Comparative investigation of interactions between two ruthenium(II) arene PTA type complexes with curcuminoid ligands and human serum albumin

TL;DR: In this paper, the interactions between two ruthenium(II) arene PTA type complexes with curcuminoid ligands and human serum albumin (HSA) were systematically investigated by multispectroscopic techniques and electrochemical methods.
Journal ArticleDOI

Comparative investigation of binding interactions with three steroidal derivatives of d(GGGT) 4 G-quadruplex aptamer.

TL;DR: The structural influences of three steroidal derivatives were investigated based on their binding interactions with d(GGGT)4 G‐quadruplex aptamer by spectroscopic approaches, nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR), electrochemical methods, and molecular modeling techniques, and provide new information for the molecular understanding of binding interactions of steroidsal derivatives with DNA.
