Observation of enhanced hot phonon bottleneck effect in 2D perovskites

TL;DR: In this paper, the authors investigated the carrier-phonon relaxation process in 2D halide perovskites with the general formula of (BA)2(MA)n-1PbnI3n+1, where n = 2, 3, and 4, by femtosecond transient absorption spectroscopy.
Journal ArticleDOI

Enhancing the efficiency of Sb2S3 solar cells using dual-functional potassium doping

TL;DR: In this article, dual-functional potassium doping was used to improve the photoelectric properties of Sb2S3 solar cells, which increased their crystallinity and optical transmission and decreased their surface roughness.
Journal ArticleDOI

Effect of film thickness and bottom electrode material on the ferroelectric and photovoltaic properties of sputtered polycrystalline BiFeO3 films

TL;DR: In this article, polycrystalline BiFeO 3 (BFO) films were deposited using a radio frequency magnetron sputtering method and it was found that the remnant polarization of BFO deposited on ITO is about three and seventy times larger than films deposited on Pt and FTO, respectively.
Journal ArticleDOI

Piezoelectric and ferroelectric properties of Ba0.9Ca0.1Ti0.9Sn0.1O3 lead-free ceramics with La2O3 addition

TL;DR: In this article, the effects of La2O3 addition on the microstructure, the piezoelectric and dielectric properties have been investigated, and the results indicated that the Ba0.9Ca0.1Ti0.90Sn0.07
Journal ArticleDOI

Y2O3 doped Ba0.9Ca0.1Ti0.9Sn0.1O3 ceramics with improved piezoelectric properties

TL;DR: In this paper, the BCTSY samples showed pure perovskite structures without detectable impurity, and remarkable enhancement of the electric properties were achieved at x = 0.03 with d33 of 650 pC/N, Kp of 59.6%, and the remnant polarization Pr of 10.2μC/cm2.
