Journal ArticleDOI
Predictive effects of body mass index on immune reconstitution among HIV-infected HAART users in China.
TL;DR: Higher baseline BMI could predict better immune reconstitution in HIV-infected patients after HAART initiating, and a Cox proportional hazard model with baseline BMI as an independent variable indicated that BMI was correlated with an increased likelihood of achieving immunologic reconstitutes over time.
Journal ArticleDOI
Cbl-b Enhances Sensitivity to 5-Fluorouracil via EGFR- and Mitochondria-Mediated Pathways in Gastric Cancer Cells
TL;DR: In this article, the ubiquitin ligase Cbl-b was shown to increase the proliferation of gastric cancer cells and decrease the apoptosis induced by 5-fluorouracil treatment.
Journal ArticleDOI
Bufalin induces protective autophagy by Cbl‐b regulating mTOR and ERK signaling pathways in gastric cancer cells
TL;DR: Evidence is provided that bufalin induces autophagy in MGC803 cells via both Akt/mTOR/p70S6K and ERK signaling pathways, and Cbl‐b‐mediated suppression of mTOR and activation of ERK1/2 might play an important role.
Journal ArticleDOI
A Prognostic Model in Metastatic or Recurrent Gastric Cancer Patients with Good Performance Status Who Received First-Line Chemotherapy
Jin Wang,Jinglei Qu,Zhi Li,Xiaofang Che,Jingdong Zhang,Jing Liu,Yuee Teng,Bo Jin,Mingfang Zhao,Yunpeng Liu,Xiujuan Qu +10 more
TL;DR: A prognostic model was developed that could facilitate risk stratification for metastatic or recurrent gastric cancer patients with good performance status who received first-line chemotherapy to help clinicians choose an applicable treatment based on the estimated prognosis.
Journal ArticleDOI
c-Src expression is predictive of poor prognosis in breast cancer patients with bone metastasis, but not in patients with visceral metastasis.
Lingyun Zhang,Yuee Teng,Ye Zhang,Jing Liu,Ling Xu,Jinglei Qu,Kezuo Hou,Xianghong Yang,Yunpeng Liu,Xiujuan Qu +9 more
TL;DR: In this paper, the effect of c-Src expression on prognosis in metastatic breast cancer patients was evaluated and a sub-group analysis was conducted to explore the role of src expression in bone metastasis and visceral metastasis respectively.
