Journal ArticleDOI

Transcriptome Profiles Reveal the Growth-Promoting Mechanisms of Paenibacillus polymyxa YC0136 on Tobacco (Nicotiana tabacum L.).

TL;DR: The understanding of the growth-promoting mechanisms of strain YC0136 on tobacco is contributed to and a theoretical basis for the application of P. polymyxa YC 0136 as a biological fertilizer is provided.
Journal ArticleDOI

Herbicidal and Antifungal Xanthone Derivatives from the Alga-Derived Fungus Aspergillus versicolor D5.

TL;DR: It is indicated that xanthones can be served as promising candidates for lead compounds of agrochemicals and the presence of a double bond in the furan ring could decrease phytotoxicity.
Journal ArticleDOI

Phytotoxicity and anti-phytopathogenic activities of marine-derived fungi and their secondary metabolites

TL;DR: In this paper, the phytotoxicity and anti-phytopathogenic fungal and bacterial activities of these 37 extracts, and two previously isolated fungal extracts were evaluated, displaying different levels of bioactivity.
Journal ArticleDOI

Bioactive 3-Decalinoyltetramic Acids Derivatives From a Marine-Derived Strain of the Fungus Fusarium equiseti D39.

TL;DR: All 3DTAs derivatives exhibited a potent phytotoxicity, and 5 displayed a remarkable anti-phytopathogenic activity superior to the positive control resulting in damage of the cell membrane of Pseudomonas syringae and ensuing leakage of the intracellular components.
Journal ArticleDOI

Decalintetracids A and B, two pairs of unusual 3-decalinoyltetramic acid derivatives with phytotoxicity from Fusarium equiseti D39.

TL;DR: In this paper , chemical analyses of the endophyte Fusarium sp. equiseti D39 led to the isolation and identification of two pairs of undescribed 3-decalinoyltetramic acids (3DTAs) E/Z diastereomers, decalintetracids A and B.
