Journal ArticleDOI

A Biomimetic Mussel-Inspired ε-Poly-l-lysine Hydrogel with Robust Tissue-Anchor and Anti-Infection Capacity

TL;DR: It is demonstrated that the PPD hydrogel can facilely and intimately integrate with biological tissue and exhibits superior capacity of in vivo hemostatic and accelerated wound repair and exhibit outstanding anti‐infection property.
Journal ArticleDOI

Novel Antitumor Invasive Actions of p-Cymene by Decreasing MMP-9/TIMP-1 Expression Ratio in Human Fibrosarcoma HT-1080 Cells.

TL;DR: Novel evidence is provided that p-cymene is an effective candidate for the prevention of tumor invasion and metastasis through mechanisms that include the inhibition of MMP-9 expression and the augmentation of TIMP-1 production along with the suppression of ERK1/2 and p38 MAPK signal pathways in tumor cells.
Journal ArticleDOI

Optimized application of the secreted Nano-luciferase reporter system using an affinity purification strategy.

TL;DR: Results indicated that this strategy could not only negate the interferences from serum or residual reagents and enhance the stability of light emission but also greatly increase signal intensity through enzyme enrichment, which may contribute to biomedical studies that utilize secNluc and other secreted luciferases, especially those requiring superior sensitivity, low background noise and high reproducibility.
Journal ArticleDOI

Sortase A-aided Escherichia coli expression system for functional osteoprotegerin cysteine-rich domain.

TL;DR: The inhibitory effects of the prepared OPGT on RANKL-induced osteoclast differentiation and TRAIL-induced tumor cell apoptosis are confirmed and the sortase A-aided E. coli expression system for OPGt established in this study may contribute to further studies and commercial applications of OPG.
Journal ArticleDOI

Il-6/stat3报告基因系统的构建及抑制il-6/stat3信号通路的中药单体的筛选及验证

TL;DR: An efficient reporter gene system to detect the transcriptional activity of STAT3 is constructed, by which the Chinese medicine monomers inhibiting IL-6/STAT3 signaling pathway were successfully screened out, which has some potential theoretical and practical values.
