Facile and scalable fabrication of MnO2 nanocrystallines and enhanced electrochemical performance of MnO2/MoS2 inner heterojunction structure for supercapacitor application
Honghao Zhang,Honghao Zhang,Jun Wei,Jun Wei,Yu Yan,Qianjin Guo,Liqiang Xie,Zhengchun Yang,Jie He,Qi Wen,Zongsheng Cao,Xinhao Zhao,Peng Pan,Huayi Li,Kailiang Zhang,Jinshi Zhao,Xuan Li,Ping Zhang,Kwok Wei Shah +18 more
TL;DR: In this paper, an innovative mechanical method of ultrasonic assisted shear exfoliation is developed to prepare MnO2 nanocrystalline in large quantities, and then the MoS2 composites are deposited by simple magnetron sputtering to form inner heterojunction structure to improve the overall supercapacitor performance.
Journal ArticleDOI
Highly Flexible Resistive Switching Memory Based on the Electronic Switching Mechanism in the Al/TiO2/Al/Polyimide Structure.
TL;DR: The superior electrical properties against the mechanical stress of the device can be ascribed to the electronic RS mechanism related to electron trapping/detrapping, which can prevent the inevitable degradation in the case of the RS related with the ionic defects.
Journal ArticleDOI
A α-Fe2O3/rGO magnetic photocatalyst: Enhanced photocatalytic performance regulated by magnetic field
Wang Yuan,Shunli Wang,Yabiao Wu,Zinan Wang,Honghao Zhang,Zongsheng Cao,Jie He,Wei Li,Zhengchun Yang,Lingcheng Zheng,Deqiang Feng,Peng Pan,Jinlian Bi,Huayi Li,Jinshi Zhao,Kailiang Zhang +15 more
TL;DR: The magnetic photocatalyst α-Fe2O3/reduced graphene oxide (rGO) was constructed to enhance the photocatalytic efficiency by the magnetic field.
Journal ArticleDOI
An electrochemical sensor based on plasma-treated zinc oxide nanoflowers for the simultaneous detection of dopamine and diclofenac sodium
Cong Zhang,Zongsheng Cao,Guangliang Zhang,Yu Yan,Xin Yang,Jiayuan Chang,Yanfei Song,Yuhang Jia,Peng Pan,Wei Mi,Zhengchun Yang,Jinshi Zhao,Jun Wei,Jun Wei +13 more
TL;DR: In this article, an oxygen plasma-treated ZnO nanoflower-based screen-printed electrode (SPE) is proposed as an electrochemical sensor for the simultaneous detection of dopamine (DA), and diclofenac sodium (DS).
Journal ArticleDOI
Influence of annealing on the structural and optical properties of gallium oxide films deposited on c-sapphire substrate
Jianwen Wu,Wei Mi,Zhengchun Yang,Chen Yuting,Li Peijun,Jinshi Zhao,Kailiang Zhang,Xingcheng Zhang,Chongbiao Luan +8 more
TL;DR: In this paper, the effects of annealing atmosphere on the crystal structure, microstructure, transmittance and band gap of Ga2O3 thin films were investigated in detail.
