Journal ArticleDOI

Observation of Skyrmions at Room Temperature in Co2FeAl Heusler Alloy Ultrathin Film Heterostructures.

TL;DR: It is shown that these skyrmions consisting of ultrathin ferromagnetic CFA Heusler alloy result from strong interfacial Dzyaloshinskii-Moriya interaction (i-DMI) as evidenced by Brillouin light scattering measurements, in agreement with the results of micromagnetic simulations.
Journal ArticleDOI

Magnetic resonance study of Ce and Gd doped NiFe2O4 nanoparticles

TL;DR: In this article, temperature dependent electron paramagnetic resonance spectra of Ce and Gd doped nickel ferrite nanoparticles were analyzed using X-ray diffractometer and vibrating sample magnetometer.
Journal ArticleDOI

Structural, Magnetic And Optical Studies Of nickel Ferrite Thin Films

TL;DR: In this article, structural, morphological, magnetic and optical properties of nickel ferrite thin films having different thickness are reported, and the results are explained on the basis of anisotropy induced by cation inversion and strain.
Journal ArticleDOI

Micro-Raman investigation of nanosized zinc ferrite: effect of crystallite size and fluence of irradiation

TL;DR: In this paper, it was observed that modes corresponding to cubic spinel phase were retained after the irradiation in all the systems, while the variation in the parameters of various modes follows phonon confinement, while this effect seems to violate in irradiated specimen.
Journal ArticleDOI

FTIR and Electrical Study of Dysprosium Doped Cobalt Ferrite Nanoparticles

TL;DR: The role of Dy3+ doping on the XRD, TEM, FTIR, and dielectric and electrical properties of CoFe2O4 at room temperature was studied in this paper.
