Assessing the surgical skills of trainees in the operating theatre: a prospective observational study of the methodology.
TL;DR: Comparing user satisfaction and acceptability, reliability and validity of three different methods of assessing the surgical skills of trainees by direct observation in the operating theatre across a range of different surgical specialties and index procedures found a striking difference in reliability of PBA between O&G and non-O&G cases.

TL;DR: At least moderate restenosis occurred more frequently after stenting than after endarterectomy and increased the risk for ipsilateral stroke in the overall population and whether the restenotic-mediated risk of stroke differs between stenting and endartrectomy requires further research.
